What Is Included
This download includes two digital files. One file is an editable document you can use to type your report. The other file is a lined version of the template for handwriting.
Typing Template (1 page)
This download includes a template that can be edited in Microsoft Word or Apple Pages. It is a .docx file, so you will need a word processing program to open and edit it. The document has example type in a text box. Just replace the example text with your own writing to type your report.
This template can also be printed blank, with no type and just the border. For example, if you need a blank page without lines for drawing, etc.
Handwriting Template (1 page)
If you would like to handwrite your report, print the lined templates. You can print as many copies as you need for your Plant project. Then, copy your report onto the templates by hand.
